Zinc spray machine 500 model


Description

This kind of machine is mainly used for corrosion protection ,which covers a large area and is effective for long term ,of a variety of steel structures such as bridges ,sluice gates ,ships ,pipes ,iron towers ,lamp posts ,container ,etc. 


Feature

By adopting stepless speed regulation ,the spray gun can be used to spray various metal wires with different melting point ,such as zinc wire ,aluminum wire , zinc aluminum alloy wire ,copper wire , lead-tin wire ,high carbon steel wire and stainless steel wire etc. Specification of Spray wire ranges from 1.0mm to 3.0mm diameter .

Schematic diagram of electric arc spraying

Principle :act as consumable electrodes ,two coated metal wires are fed at a constant speed and are melted by electric arc produced between ends of two metal wires . Subsequently ,melted metal wires are atomized into small-grained and evenly distributed particles and are sprayed onto workpieces’ surfaces by compressed are flow to form coatings , When operation of spray coating is performed ,two wires intersecting wire each other at an angle are (30℃-40℃ at usual conditions )are continuously fed and respectively connected wire power supply’s positive and nagative electrodes ,Arc is generated at the ends of metal wires ,Under the action of power supply ,stable combustion of arc is maintained ,Behind the point where the arc is generated , melted metal wires are atomized into fine particles and sprayed onto pre-treated substrate’s by high-speed compressed air flow so as to form coatings
